"When the righteous rule, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan." - God, Bible, Proverbs 29:2
Is America rejoicing or groaning right now?
What kind of rulers does America have right now?

"Religion and good morals are the only solid foundations of public liberty and happiness. [N]either the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt. A general dissolution of the principles and manners will more surely overthrow the liberties of America than the whole force of the common enemy. While the people are virtuous, they cannot be subdued; but when once they lose their virtue, they will be ready to surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader." - Samuel Adams

Do you want freedom? Then you must fight to the death for truth.
"Then said Jesus ... If ye continue in my word, ... ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. ... the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed."
- God, Bible, John 8:31-36

Classic liberal, double standard, lying and deceiving, that is ruling America today: "... While there is no such recommendation in the standards, consider the stupidity of what he purports. According to Dr. Davis it would "violate the Constitution" if the history texts were to include information from the more than 300 court rulings over the past two centuries that have declared America to be a Christian nation. Imagine! He believes it would be unconstitutional to let students know what courts have affirmed for 200 years! ..." [Religious Left Christian Secularist, Dr. Derek Davis, Dean of Humanities, Mary Hardin Baylor [Baptist] University, director of the school's Center for Religious Liberty]

"Many of our readers and millions of people across the United States are hurting. Unemployment rots at the foundation of our middle class, driving up stress levels and damaging relationships. People living on the edge continue to get pushed off, losing health care benefits and being driven into debt. Banks get the largest safety net in human history - over $12 trillion put up to keep them from feeling the pain they caused - and what do we get? Excuses about how 59 Democrats in the Senate isn't enough to make changes that will bring a better tomorrow. ..." - Trouthout. Even liberal organizations have had enough. If the republicans don't turn constitutional and right things, and third party constitutionalists can't get elected, we should seriously consider revolution to restore a Constitutional government in America and the individual states. Again, why have a second amendment if we can't, or aren't, going to use it? America's founding fathers weren't stupid. We shouldn't be either. Start asking each other what the founders gave us the second amendment for so you can be confident about your decision.

News

  1. Stop McCain and Palin - These two, despite the 'rogue' hype are just Republican versions of Obama and the liberal democrats. Not only would it wipe out the republican party to elect them in place of Obama, it will wipe out the nation. They will be tax and spend unconstitutionalists. THEY ARE RINOS. We can't endure any more of this. The only reason for electing McCain would be to speed up the miserable end that awaits America if we don't turns 180 degrees and elect real God fearing, constitution fearing, bill of rights fearing, conservatives. "... With taxpayer "friends" like this, who needs Democrats? With all due respect to McCain's noble war service, it's time to head to the pasture. As the Supreme Court ruled on Thursday, he was wrong on the constitutionality of the free-speech-stifling McCain-Feingold campaign finance regulations. ..."
  2. U.S. Goes Bankrupt: June 11, 2011 - That is the predection of this article. It is January 15, 2010. Let's watch and see if it really happens: "All of this is going to lead to a severe devaluation of the U.S. dollar, which I expect to happen within 18 months. If you haven't taken steps to protect yourself from the coming devaluation 每 like owning gold and silver bullion, foreign real estate, and farmland 每 make sure you do it soon. The dollar rout is coming." P.S. Buying gold, siver, real estate and farmland may not help at all, so don't do anything rash.
  3. Delusional OR Rebelion - The liberals are feeling pretty confident. They are out of the closet. They are grabbing power geometrically faster than ever before, and obviously think it is too late for anyone to stop them. Reason and experience over the last fifty years would lead us to the conclusion that they are correct. Good men have done nothing but talk and complain. Their displays of defiance have all fisseled and died. Even now they skirt the real issue and espouse a mirad of minor ones, so that they don't "offend" the powers that be. Is removing the current legislators at the polls enough? If you think so, you really are delusional, as Mr. Blow contends. In 1962/63 the U.S. Supreme Court threw God out of America's schools. For almost 50 years now the liberals have educated our children to be corrupt, and that is part of the reason our government is corrupt now and any replacement of legislators will be corrupt. If good men had done their duty, removed the members of the U.S. Supreme court who voted God out of schools, put God back in the schools, and reminded the federal and state governments about their founding fathers commitment to God, and the fact that political and economic prosperity were dependent on God, not government programs, we would not be in the predicament we are in today. As long as good men are ashamed of God, America will remain in the hands of the liberals. Without God it is delusional to think that the tea parties will succeed any better than any other movement of the past five decades. Only a people following God will have the strength and courage to really fight when it is time to fight. Fight, not talk, not complain, not go to meetings, not go to the polls. And it is way past the time to fight. America's founders must be rolling over in their graves, totally ashamed, after watching the antics of this generation. King George and the English parliament are certainly laughing histerically in thier graves.
  4. A free country can't permit this 2 - Here is an interesting thought. Your full body scan is saved into a database so that if something goes wrong later it can be pulled up. And it just so happens, the internet security people think you are so 'hot' or 'strange' they want to show you to their freinds, so they put your naked body scan on the internet and spread the word. "and the fact the TSA might at any time once again release its entire security procedures manual to the world over the Internet, makes for very good news for the videoconferencing industry, and very bad news for us. We would like to keep flying, however, and will probably submit to all sorts of humiliations to the point of full body cavity searches, which is the next logical step on our "reactive" approach to security." We hope the pink slips work Mr. Norris, but it really looks like the handwriting is on the wall, and that nothing short of a new declaration of independence will fix the problem.
  5. A free country can't permit this - People, please understand, we have all secumbed to this invasion of privacy and freedom, by being desencitized little by little. Now we are criminals every time we fly and we do nothing to stop it. And, it isn't over. Full body scanners will strip you, everytime you fly in the very near future. You will be an intigral part of the U.S. pronography industry - without pay. And the prettier you are, or your wife or daughter is, the more often the TSA agents watching this pornography, will pat you or them down. The Arab world is costing every American about $3000 a year in security, and that doesn't include the humiliation or the money other countries in the world are spending on their security. Lets be reasonable. Let Americans fly free and screen out Arabs only. Let them pay for the actions of their own people, not the rest of the world. This is done is one asian country. There is one line for Arabs and one line for everyone else and it works just fine.
  6. Obama: The Pro-Terrorist Anti-Terriorist" - Obama, is having a hard time keeping his anti-American and anti-Israeli prejudices 'in the closet'. It has been the same throughout all history. Evil always goes after the Christians and the Jews. Can it be more obvious that 'the war on terror' is only about control and nothing about terror?
  7. Additional Airtravel Security Measures" - Yesterday the US and Canadanian governments asked the airlines to limit carryon bags to 1 because the first terrorist had a bomb strapped to his leg and the second terrorist had no luggage. That should make perfect sense to a bunch of Godless, terrified US citizens who could care less about freedom. To the rest of you, this article points out that just about everything the government has done in the name of security has only harassed the good people leaving them defenceless and the bad people still get their bombs on the plane. And here is another reality check for you all. Many articles have come out talking about the heros who saved the first plane by jumping the 'terrorist', but a subsequent look at the insident indicated that a 'failed detonator' was the only reason that the plane did not explode in flight. Don't ever forget, no matter how much the liberals make fun of religion, only God can save you from death.
  8. Revolution 2010: Time to take out the "cesspool of political payoffs" - This guy has traveled everywhere in the world except America. That is until now. He has finally come home. And it is costing him a fortune. But he can afford it, because you are giving him the money.
  9. Fire Obama and use the money you save to travel yourself - This guy has traveled everywhere in the world except America. That is until now. He has finally come home. And it is costing him a fortune. But he can afford it, because you are giving him the money.
  10. Civil War in America - What if Hitler had American Technology - " ... we and our country will be doomed to become a police state the likes of which we cannot imagine ... " Obama has this technology, now he just needs an excuse to grab the power. And if he doesn't the next democrat or republican will. "Papers Please" will take on a whole new meaning as Satcom deploys Northcom Everybody better hope the "stimulus" works fast. Of course, if it does it would only delay the inevetible and give Satcom a mandate that will make it even stronger and harder to stop in any attempt at total usurpation: "We*ve all heard someone ask, "Will American forces fire on fellow Americans?" An even more important question might be, "Will U.S. Citizens be willing to fire upon U.S. Troops?" In this twisted, sick game the Obama Administrations is playing, are we about to pit U.S. citizens against each other, in a match to the death? Is that the whole plan??? Get rid of our country from the inside#no outside intervention necessary? Maybe that is why our early government was wise enough to realize the need for Posse Comitatus in the first place! Wasn*t it Abraham Lincoln that said, "Americans will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter, and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves." Americans had better start to pay attention to these prophetic words of wisdom from the past as we watch our children*s future slip away." Maybe this really is a movie?
  11. Can America Really just believe in Obama instead of God? - As the world panics over a swineflu epidemic that does not exist and scrambles to get enough vacine for everyone, before millions perish, and just as it looks like government can save us ... Two days ago the Chinese reported that 6 people have now died from 'lamb' flu and 2300 have been infected. Hurry, panic, find a vacine!
  12. America's Children are counting on you: Fire Obama and Jennings - Barack Obama is a man of vision. He has hired men who share his vision. They want your children violated so they can be removed from your care into their control.
  13. Congress Steals 1.1 Trillion - Before you read the articles on the new budget just passed (December 2009) Take a look at this picture of how much congress is stealing from you and wasting on investments with negative returns.
  14. Civil War in America - Do Wall Street and the Russians know something we don't? - "Arming Goldman [Sachs] With Pistols Against Public," ... "The banker had told this friend of mine that senior Goldman people have loaded up on firearms and are now equipped to defend themselves if there is a populist uprising against the bank." "... US President Barack Obama has issued an order to his Northern Command's (USNORTHCOM) top leader, US Air Force General Gene Renuart, to 'begin immediately' increasing his military forces to 1 million troops by January 30, 2010, in what these reports warn is an expected outbreak of civil war within the United States before the end of winter." "...To the fears of Obama over the United States erupting into civil war once the full extent of the rape and pillaging of these peoples by their banks and government becomes known to them, grim evidence now shows the likelihood of this occurring much sooner than later..."
  15. Threats to National Sovereignty - This article describes two threats to United States soverignty. The truth is we have already lost our national sovereignty. Not to the UN or Muslims, but to a stealth power. Unconstitutional, immoral, and Godless. This power has people in both in the Democratic and Republican parties, along with many citizens in the US who vote them into office and many who refuse to remove them from office. This power is the nation of Satcom. Satcom has no geographical boundries because it considers itself "one world" - they want it all and won't stop until they get it. They are experts at infiltrating organizations and countries, taking them over, patiently, little by little, only coming on strong when there is no hope for their victims to stop them. Why worry about the UN and the Muslims when we no longer have a constitutional republic answerable to the people. Satcom is already sovereign over the United States. And here is anther clue for you: the UN and the Muslims are part of Satcom, they don't need to take United States sovereignty, Satcom US is giving them their power, authority, and, US sovereignty.
  16. Still think it is about Global Warning? - After the climate scandal (which pro summit people are now blaming on people who want to discredit global warming - there is no end to their twisting and turning to get people to believe the lie), that the mainstream media refuses to tell the people about, it is hard to imagine anyone supporting the Copenhagen summit and the false belief in human caused 'global warming'. And if you didn't believe they were after your money before, check out this article now. They want a 'worldwide bailout' and they want you to pay for it. No job, a housepayment, a car payment, taxes, food, clothes, utilities, and now 'green payments' bigger than all the others to "share your wealth" with the rest of the poor climate affected world. Maybe you deserve it. You allow and follow a government determined to rid the country of the God your forefathers said was the very foundation of life, liberty and prosperity.: "At stake is a deal that aims to wean the world away from fossil fuels and other pollutants to greener sources of energy, and to transfer hundreds of billions of dollars from rich to poor countries every year over decades to help them adapt to climate change."
  17. Ememy Domestic - Destroying the Children he is hired to Protect - What is it going to take people? When do we put a stop to the filth and destruction of ourselves and our posterity. Will it take Jennings coming up to you and saying "I am going to f---- your daughter."? Don't hold your breath. He will never do it. Oh, he will f---- your daughter, or one of his followers will, but he will never tell you about it, and the school will never tell you about the abortion she has because of it. This is not a tv show or a movie. It's real. Fire Jennings and the man who hired him - or else. - Sorry, our mistake, we should have said, "Will it take Jennings coming up to you and saying "I am going to f---- your son.": "According to Kevin Jennings and GLSEN, books about a 13-year-old getting 'my c--- sucked and my a-- f-----' are not just acceptable, they're highly recommended."
  18. Judicial Abuse - Personal Agenda Overrules Law - Even the blind should be able to see that this judge has placed himself above the law from this article. And this has been going on, and we have been closing our eyes to it, for 5 decades now. There is no justice here. There must be a removal of judges like this or we cannot call ourselves a free country, under the 'rule of law'. We have no security where judges can do this to people. If legislators will not impeach this judge, then taking up arms under the Second Amendment is a duty in this case. If 'We the people' can't see that, there is no hope for us to ever be a republic again. We will forever be an oligarcy discuised as a democracy, and we will be miserable as we loose the last of our prosperity and freedom.
  19. Justice Dept. Asked For News Site's Visitor Lists - "The subpoena (PDF) from U.S. Attorney Tim Morrison in Indianapolis demanded "all IP traffic to and from www.indymedia.us" on June 25, 2008. It instructed Clair to "include IP addresses, times, and any other identifying information," including e-mail addresses, physical addresses, registered accounts, and Indymedia readers' Social Security Numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, and so on."
  20. Electing Men in Disregard of Biblical Principles - "Breaking campaign promises is not unusual for politicians... it's a cliche. This is almost certainly a record though. Mr. Owens broke no less than 4 promises in his first 24 hours in office." In America this should not be cliche. This 'joke' is killing us. "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." God, Bible, Revelation 21:8
  21. Fort Hood Killings - Political Correctness has been litterally killing Americans for half a century now. Anyone interested in putting a stop to it? Still affraid to 'offend' the unconstitutional powers that be? Fine. Wait until they get to you, your family or your friends. But don't say "I didn't know". America, here is all the information you need and you have no excuse. Past blood is on your hands for electing men contrary to Biblical principles [see Founding Fathers quotes] and future blood is equally on your hands if you don't act Biblically now, using "reason and experience" to generate proper 'actions': "And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; ..." - God, Bible, Genesis 16:12
  22. The Climate Approach to World Government - You have experienced redistribution of wealth in Socialist America, giving your money to other Americans, and it has nearly bankrupted you. Now it is time to expand the program by giving more of your money to people outside America. "So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free," he continued. "But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever. "But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire 每 it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with the climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it."
  23. INTERPOL - Our Global Police Force Needs More Power - ※As the world*s largest police organization, Interpol needs to remain at the forefront of all activity which enhances member country security and safety,§ explained Interpol President Khoo Boon Hui. The organization 〞 officially known as 'THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL POLICE ORGANIZATION - INTERPOL' 〞 is comprised of more than 180 member nations, including a wide array of repressive regimes like China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Cuba, Sri Lanka (which is currently operating concentration camps), and even Zimbabwe. It was originally founded in 1923 and is based in Lyon, France. ... Article 29 of the UN document: ※Everyone has duties to the community,§ and ※these rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.§ You are now the property of the Community.
  24. Swine Flu - Any Excuse to Gain Maximum Power - "perception trumps facts and statistics" - "At the state level, one of the more draconian pieces of legislation highlighted by critics is a bill that would allow warrantless arrests and quarantines. The ※pandemic and disaster§ preparation statute (S. 2028), passed unanimously by the Massachusetts Senate last April, contains a number of controversial, alarming, and blatantly unconstitutional provisions." - ※The citizens of Massachusetts will have no rights, period. The Constitution is ancient history. You are now the property of the State.§
  25. These Are Not Negotiable - Well, here is more of the same. Everyone will draw their line in the sand, but no one will do anything about it as the enemy crosses the line so often no one knows its there. Chuck end's his good article with the following line: "There they are: seven freedom-principles that are not negotiable. As Jefferson said, we are "disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable." But cross these lines and free men must do what free men must do: "throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." He is like so many other "leaders" who tell everyone they must "do something" or 'hint' that they should do something, but refuse to "do it". "Good Men" are great at talk today, but they really don't have the conviction that their "seven ... principles ... are not negotiable" because they are really afraid of the government that they know they should be "throwing off" and they are afraid to risk their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. They are afraid to fight, because they are afraid of loosing, because they really doubt they can win if they fight, because they are not really convinced that these principles are from God and that God will fight with them as our forefathers were. They are all as attached to the things of this world as their secular brothers and as Thomas Paine once said: "Commerce diminishes the spirit, both of patriotism and military defence. ... With the increase of commerce, England [and now America] hath lost its spirit. The city of London [and the "good men" of America], notwithstanding its numbers, submits to continued insults with the patience of a coward. The more men have to lose, the less willing are they to venture. The rich are in general slaves to fear, and submit to courtly power with the trembling duplicity of a spaniel." What we need is for the Chucks [Baldwin, Norris] to stop talking and start acting. First order of business: A 'continential congress' group for every locality that has unconstitituon men in government. Second order of business: Organize the local militia. Third order of business: remove all unconstitutional laws, bureaucrats, judges, and politicians - after all that is what the second amendment is for isn't it? We asked for people to show up last year and put a stop to the unconstitutional insanity and not one came of course, a request like that could not possibly be serious, right? The only response was "one of our own" making a joke about 'who is going to lead this army?' Time will tell who the joke is really on.
  26. "Ravenwood" Comes To America - "Of course, under our Constitution, there can be no such thing as an "American Police Force" in the United States. Any kind of national police force is not only unconstitutional; it is anathema to everything American law and jurisprudence is built upon. Law enforcement is clearly and plainly the responsibility of the states and local communities. That a mercenary organization would take the moniker American Police Force is, by itself, disconcerting. But there is much more."
  27. "Obamageddon" - The Colapse of America and the final unstoppable world government will be coming to your favorite nightly newscast any time now. Take note of today's date so you won't be "surprised" like everyone was at the "financial crisis". "We want to make it very clear that the policies leading to the decline of 'Empire America' have been long in the making," ... "What has happened in the Obama administration is that they have taken policies far beyond even what Bush took with the TARP program; for example, with his stimulus package, with the buyouts, with the bailouts, the rescue packages, these are unprecedented in American history. "Never before has so much phantom money been printed out of thin air, backed by nothing, producing practically nothing," Celente continued. "You don't even have to be a student of history to know the outcome of this. All you have to do is have your eyes open, and start thinking for yourself." ... He forecasts the possibility of a civil war, and says if people want to see what Main Street America will look like, they should "drive around Detroit. Look at all the blown out houses and empty neighborhoods. Look at the violence that's increasing. # Look at the types of heinous crimes being committed by people 每 some blowing their whole families away#"
  28. Take Action: Will your thoughts be subject to 'hate crimes' law? - "Everywhere hate crimes laws have gone into effect, they have been quickly used to intimidate, silence and punish people of faith who express deeply held religious objections to the normalization of homosexuality."
  29. MassResistance - " ... Takes out offensive language: forced vaccinations, seizure of property, illegal searches, and more. ..." They took it out yes, but the bad news for America is that they wanted it in and they still want it in. " ... we couldn't find a Republican with the guts to sponsor it. They didn't want to take the heat. So we had to get a conservative Democrat to do it, Rep. William Greene (D-Billerica) ... ". Repulicans were the brave one's in Lincoln's time. Now they are cowards who no longer stand for what is good.
  30. Your health records [ARE] available to millions - Including sensitive details about diseases, prescriptions, addictions, mental illness. Every American should be aware of the information in this article.
  31. Despite the deafening silence from the mainstream media, Congress indeed has passed and President Bush has signed a bill banning the sale of incandescent light bulbs by 2012. Do you agree with WND chief Joseph Farah that this is "one of the most blatantly unconstitutional and amazingly stupid congressional acts of my lifetime," or do you think phasing out Edison's invention is a good way to save energy and reduce carbon emissions in the land? - Ugly American: "Why don't they do a really important study, like why is it that when you step across the Washington city line you become brain dead!" bitsy 49: "Stupid is as stupid does.....How many of these congressional geniuses even know how to change a light bulb?"
  32. Firms Are Getting Billions, but Homeowners Still in Trouble - Paying money to have governments and corporations abuse us is very american today. Extortion, outright stealing, lies, deceit, all part of the new American dream of "Communism we can believe in".
  33. Russian professor predicts the United States will fall apart in July 2010
  34. Who is skimming your credit/debit card magnetic strip to make duplicate cards to charge your account?
  35. Montana vs. USA - Last gasp of a dying 2nd Amendment - federal government sued
  36. "Under a House-Senate conference measure, approved by the House last week and poised for passage in the Senate on Wednesday, spending for the legislative branch will increase 5.8 percent this year, boosting Capitol Hill*s annual budget to $4.7 billion. The measure includes a hodgepodge of new funding for lawmakers: a $500,000 pilot program for senators to send out postcards about their town hall meetings, $30,000 for receptions for foreign dignitaries and $4 million for consultants#§
  37. Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) received a handwritten note Thursday from Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff Tom Barthold confirming the penalty for failing to pay the up to $1,900 fee for not buying health insurance. Violators could be charged with a misdemeanor and could face up to a year in jail or a $25,000 penalty, Barthold wrote on JCT letterhead. He signed it "Sincerely, Thomas A. Barthold."
  38. "Last week when I first read Byron York's article titled "Health care reform means more power for the IRS," I felt like I was reading the script of a horror movie. I was in such disbelief that I spent hours looking for the specific section in H.R. 3200 that expanded the powers of the Internal Revenue Service. Unfortunately, I found it. It's Division A, Title IV on pages 167-215 called Amendments to IRS Code of 1986. The expanded powers of the IRS in H.R. 3200 would empower the IRS to require taxpayers to show proof of health insurance coverage, collect fines on individuals and employers who did not have adequate proof of health insurance and determine whether your health insurance was a government approved plan. The more I read, the sicker I got because I have been through an IRS audit, and it was the most helpless feeling I have ever had in my life."
  39. " ... In contrast, battered Michigan, with its housing and job woes, was the least-popular place to move to. The state experienced a net loss of 109,000 people, or 1.1%, in 2008, according to the Census. Allied said its outbound shipments totaled 2,388, more than double its inbound shipments of 1,181. ... "
  40. Healthcare and Government - The Bottom Line - The bottom line is that the government does not belong in healthcare. Would you like to end all the anger, frustration, etc. that is being created by the current healthcare bill? Just take out the Constitution, look to see that there is no power granted by the people to the federal government to regulate healthcare, and tell your congressman and senator, who have been elected as your representatives to uphold the Constitution, and they will all drop this bill immediately. If they don't then you really are not being represented, are you? Will you be taxed for this unconstitutional bill? Then you have taxation without representation, don't you. Will you devote your life, your fortune, and your sacred honor to stop this tyranny by exercising your second amendment right to defend your other rights? Of course you will, you are an American.
  41. Revolution or Submission and Chains? - Have Montana and Tennessee really drawn the line? And now that the federal government is crossing it, will the two states call out the militia and defend their rights and independence? Hopefully they thought about this and are prepared to do what early American patriots did. But if they don't, if they let the federal government pick off the arms companies and dealers one at a time, using them as sacrificial pawns that they can then moan, grown, complain, and cry fowl about, then you can be 100% positive that 'submission and chains' will be the lot of you, your children, grandchildren and any subsequent generation of Americans: "For example, within the last couple of months, the States of Montana and Tennessee have each passed their own "Firearms Freedom Act." Briefly stated, the bills provide that any firearms or ammunition that are manufactured, sold, and kept within the State are not subject to federal law or federal regulation. Clearly, Montana and Tennessee have the Second, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution on their side. Of course, the Constitution doesn't matter to the federal government. On July 16 of this year, BATFE Assistant Director Carson Carroll sent an "Open Letter" to all firearms dealers within the States of Tennessee and Montana, telling them in no uncertain terms, "Federal law supersedes the [Tennessee or Montana] Act, and all provisions of the Gun Control Act and the National Firearms Act, and their corresponding regulations, continue to apply."
  42. Social Security made Insecure by Congress - First they borrow from social security and just put little IOU slips in the account. Then they waste the money on 'give aways' that return nothing instead of investing it. Now they solve the problem by telling people that paid money into the system, that they are just to "wealthy" to get their money back. What a racket. "Now who's being naive" - The Godfather was right. It isn't the mofia that is the biggest criminal organization in America, its the United States government.
  43. $9 Trillion Dollars Lost by Federal Reserve - Do you think the resent bailouts will bankrupt the country? Do you think the banks are the worst busniness "experts" in the country? If so you are half right. But once you get a look at the Federal Reserve, you will have no doubt about America's guarenteed bankruptsy and see that government and its legislated ilk are the worst business "experts" in the country.
  44. U.S. Government Extortion - Key to Nationalization of America - The Obama Administration is really starting to resemble 'Nazis with nuclear weapons, with a communist twist'. Not that it is entirely Obama's fault. American industry has abused the American people for a long time. And the 'good' people of America did nothing to keep our only safeguard for good government and national prosperity and happiness (Christian religion and morality) from being trampled by the left and the right. There is no excuse for this pathetic generation of Americans for it has had the words of George Washingtion's Farewell Address accusing it for the last 42 years: "Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness -- these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. The mere politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them. A volume cound not trace all their connections with private and public felicity. Let it simply be asked, "where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice? " And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle." No escape now for anyone.
  45. The Rights of Conscience - Hate Crimes laws, forcing doctors to provide abortions against their will, telling people to 'shut up or else', telling children they must accept liberal doctrines without question, all these things and more, are a dangerous shift in American thinking. It is a tyrannical and oppressive shift. And, it is un-Constitutional. Can't find that in the Constitution? Thomas Jefferson could: "No provision in our Constitution ought to be dearer to man than that which protects the rights of conscience." We cannot submit our consciences to government and call ourselves a free people, and if our rulers weren't tyrants they wouldn't ask us to. "[O]ur rulers can have no authority over such natural rights only as we have submitted to them. The rights of conscience we never submitted. [- Jefferson]" In a free country the government protects the rights of conscience. Only an oppresive government tries to subvert them. "A right to take the side which every man*s conscience approves . . . is too precious a right and too favorable to the preservation of liberty not to be protected. [- Jefferson]". Our leaders today want to remove the Constitution as much as they want to remove Christianity, and as much as they want to remove you, if you uphold the Constitution and Christianity and the values they include. These 'leaders' are the enemy and they are inconsistant with the spirit and the letter of the Constitution and need to be removed from office to protect everything that is left of what is good in America and to restore what we have lost. "It is inconsistent with the spirit of our laws and Constitution to force tender consciences. [- Jefferson]". So what are we going to do? Shall we just continue to let them 'force' us?
  46. It is getting serious now. - In Chuck Norris' book, 'Black Belt Patriotism" [It is a good book], he talks about how if people think texans were tough at the Alamo, just wait until they try to take their guns away today. Hearing Chuck Norris say that really gives you hope, but all I could think of at the moment I read that was, at the Alamo they lost. If Chuck, texas and the rest of us just buy every gun and piece of ammo available and just wait, we will loose. When King George and parliament told us to submit or else, who died? King Gorge? Parliament? No, thousands of British and American soldiers. Who will die if they come after Chuck's guns? The 575 members of Congress who violated the 2nd Amendment? Other liberal politicians and judges? No, policeman, soldiers, and patriots. And if Chuck is right, there will be a lot that die. Why wait? Why let many others die for the transgressions of a few bad politicians and judges? Why not use the Second Amendment now for what the United States founding fathers designed it for? Why not use it against the tyrants instead of their pawns? Why not join together now and fight instead of waiting for them to pick off Chuck, every other texan and then us, one at a time? Stop shaking in your boots saying you have no right to decide what the constitution means. Some parts of the Constitution may be difficult but not the 2nd Amendment. Everyone knows what it means and everyone knows it has been violated to the point of mutillation. The federal and state governments have no jurisdiction over guns period. You can carry your gun or guns, open or concealed, anywhere and everywhere, anytime. That is your right, and any so called law that says otherwise, and trys to micromanage, licence, permit, regester, etc., you and your gun is unConstitutional. And you have a right and a duty to remove that law and it's law maker(s) with that very same gun right that has just been infringed. No one will rally around a third party Chuck, the homegrown terrorists that they are. But you they will follow. How about seizing the moment?
  47. Hate Crimes Fraud - The U.S. House has passed their version of the latest hate crimes bill (HR1913) [yes, freedom looses another battle] and now it is in the Senate, where it seems "the sky is falling". Not much we can do, except be entertained until it affects us, and we have to suffer without remedy, so, click on the blue, read, and be entertained.
  48. Is America No Longer A Christian Nation? - In 1962 the first branch of our three branch government, the judiciary, asked God to leave the country. The downhill spiral that resulted has brought us to where we are today. Now, a second branch has officially declared God not welcome in America, the executive branch, and more specifically Barak Obama. What a disaster he has brought upon all of us and our families. One more branch to go, and then its all out 'U.S. vs. God'. It should be easy to guess how that will turn out.
  49. Montana vs. USA - Last gasp of a dying 2nd Amendment - Of course, if everyone in the country united behind Montana, it could be the first breath of a revived 2nd Amendment. But we would be deluding ourselves if we ever thought that could really happen, wouldn't we?
  50. On the Imminent Death of Free Speech in America - Talk Show Host Banned From UK For Political Opinions - When you read this, you will know what is coming in America, but actually you already know and it is already here, it just hasn't been perfectly codified yet. One thing to note here for those still oblivious to the tactics of liberals is the use of the term 'behavior'. First read this: "[UK] Home Secretary Jacqui Smith (pictured) said she decided to make public the names so others could better understand what sort of behaviour Britain was not prepared to tolerate," according to an ITN report. Behavior is one of those words that liberals like to redefine every time it suits their purpose. They don't want to be accused of ending free speech so they call it 'behavior' in the case of those who just talk. In other cases like nude dancing and other immoral 'behavior', they tell us we have to accept it because it is free speech. How will all of us fair when the government takes away the final veneer of freedom (our prosperity) and we really see that we have become slaves with no one to help us? How will all of us fair when the food is gone (I'll let you figure that one out)? Poor self-righteous, self-centerd Americans, we are either working for the devil or bending over backwards to make concessions to him. What a disgrace we are to the men who gave us freedom and prosperity. The trouch of liberty is out people. United our ancesters stood, divided we have fallen. And God will spew us out of his mouth for being lukewarm about it.
  51. Academic Malpractice - " ... Sadly, the current academic over-emphasis on peer-review among professors has caused many to develop the regrettable tendency of heavily reading, quoting, and citing each other rather than actual historical documents related to the object of their inquiry. That is, rather than saying ※Thomas Jefferson says that the University of Virginia was founded in order to . . .§, they instead say, ※Professor _____ says that Thomas Jefferson founded the University of Virginia in order to . . .§ Consequently, when one academic writer makes a particular claim, many others repeat that claim as though it were indisputable fact 每 even if that claim can be factually disproved. ... ". You could very easily call this 'liberal malpractice' as they are the driving force behind the academics. Make no mistake, this malpractice is what the whole of America is buying into. In fact I will venture to say that many, if not all of you reading this, have contributed to this problem at one time or another. How many of you heard that George Washington was a vulgar man and swore a lot and bought into it without checking the facts. How many of you saw the movie about Thomas Jefferson having an affair and child with Sally Hemmings and bought into it without checking the facts. How many of you have bought into the 'evolution could have happened and not conflict with God creating things' falicy, even though God states very clearly that he made everything "after its own kind". This malpractice is one of the many liberal tactics taking the nation down without firing a shot. I like to call this Darwinian Logic, as the first time I heard about the 'scientific world' doing this was related to evolution about 30 years ago. The lecturer was saying that the geologists tell you how old the rocks are based on the prehistoric evolving men found at each particular layer, and the anthropoligists tell you how old the prehistoric men are based on the age of the rocks. Sort of a mutual catch 22 lie society. Want to get America back on track? Add correcting this problem to you ever growing list. And don't let yourself be part of the problem: "Prove all things hold fast to that which is good"
  52. U.S. Government Extortion - Oppression at Home and Abroad - If Americans don't act fast, freedom lovers somewhere else in the world may start the next American Revolution, as America isn't content to oppress just it's own, it wants to oppress the whole world.
  53. America's War on You - If you are an American the U.S. government led by Janet Napalitano, is amassing troops on your border. The government's motto? "Shut up, or else". Only in America. Only in the land of the social security numbered slave, and the home of the 'terrified'. We usually edit out requests for money from articles and emails, but this time we left it in, just in case your want to fight this tyranny.
  54. The Imminent Death of Internet Freedom
  55. Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Owners (MCRGO) - MCRGO is the perfect example of why we are loosing the battle for our rights and our country. Take a look. I copied this from their 'contact us' page: "Note: The MCRGO, while focused on making certain changes to Michigan firearms law, is dedicated to enforcing existing law. Any communication with MCRGO does not create any attorney-client or any other kind of agency relationship and we are bound to pass on to law enforcement agencies any information relating to crime, past or future, for further investigation." Can you see it? They are dedicated to enforcing existing, unconstitutional, laws, but they are too cowardly to enforce the legitimate law, the Constitution. What a sad commentary on the people who 'think' they are the good guys. Look at the mindboggleing confusion this kind of hypocracy creates, this is from their latest email: "Q: I know that you are not allowed to carry in a tavern where the primary source of income is the sale of alcoholic liquor by the glass consumed on the premises". How am I supposed to determine their ratio of food to liquor sales? I don't feel I should have to ask the proprietor. I like to eat at a local tavern, and during the day it is filled with customers eating meals, but I am sure that in the evening the crowd is more oriented to drinking. Am I OK to carry during the day, but not at night? All of the time? Never? A: You are correct in stating that a CPL (Concealed Pistol License) is not valid in an establishment that derives the majority of its income from the sale of alcoholic liquor by the glass. Since this law is still relatively new, we don't have much in the line of case law precedent to guide us on how you are supposed to know whether you can lawfully carry in places such as the one you describe above. In conversations with law enforcement officers, I am most often told: "You know a bar when you see one." While that is not a bright line legal standard, it is the kind of thinking that is likely to guide law enforcement officers when they are exercising their discretion and choosing whether to make an issue of your carrying in a certain establishment. ..." You call this an uninfringed right? How can anyone exercise their right and know whether they will be arrested or not with such vagueness. They can't, and the enemy knows it. It wants them to give up, and sooner or later they will. With these (MCRGO) kinds of patriots, freedom doesn't stand a chance.
  56. Are you a "violent extremist"? - Here is a partial list from Homeland Security Napolitano's report, which has been issued to the states to help them identify and stop "homegrown" terrorists. See if you are on the list: "The Report specifically mentions the following political beliefs that law enforcement should use to determine whether someone is a ※rightwing extremist§: Opposes restrictions on firearms; Opposes lax immigration; Opposes the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship and the expansion of social programs; Opposes continuation of free trade agreements; Opposes same-sex marriage; Has paranoia of foreign regimes; Fear of Communist regimes; Opposes one world government; Bemoans the decline of U.S. stature in the world; Upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India; . . . and the list goes on"
  57. Key Words Here: "violent extremism" - The members of government and the media have been extremely successful over the past 50 years at convincing all of us that violence is worse than tyranny. Read what Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano said below and ask yourself if she has your interests at heart, or whether she is the "homegrown" terrorist, and the people she is worried about are the modern day revolutionary Americans just wanting their freedom back: "Let me be very clear 〞 we monitor the risks of violent extremism taking root here in the United States," Napolitano said in a statement. "We don't have the luxury of focusing our efforts on one group; we must protect the country from terrorism whether foreign or homegrown, and regardless of the ideology that motivates its violence." The British would have called the American founding fathers 'violent extremists'. What do you think the difference is between Napolitano and King George that warrents us putting up with her any more than our ancestors put up with the King?
  58. Tens of thousands rally at tax day 'tea parties' April 15, 2009 - Doesn't it feel good when Americans act like Americans? But remember, this article was burried in the back. On the front page was Obama's attempt to defuse the situation and do nothing by saying he will have his people report back to him by year end on simplifying the tax code. How condescending. How dumb does he think the people are? We'll find out soon won't we? Or maybe we already know.
  59. April 15, 2009 Tea Party Photos
  60. World Currency: Obama Administration says yes and no at the same time - What fools the government thinks we are. What fools we are to let them stay in office and tell us lie after lie. In the "Left Behind" novels, a strange dissapearance of millions of people creates an environment where everyone is scared and susceptable to giving up much, if not all, of their freedom to someone who can make them feel secure again. And that 'someone' uses the occation to call for a one world currency - the prelude to forcing everyone to have a mark put on their right hand or forehead in order to buy or sell things, get a job, etc., - perfect slavery. Now it is obvious that it didn't take an event so drastic to put fear into the hearts of the worlds population. It only took America's financial crisis. Now everyone has cause to put the 'world' currency on a fast track to reality. World currency and verichip - what more could God's/America's enemies ask for? Why do we keep electing people who want to appologize for us and give away our country? Why don't we fight them and throw them out of office? Maybe we should all see a psychiatrist (the emblem of humanism and denial), since going to the Founding fathers and their God (the emblem of life, liberty, property, prosperity, happiness, etc) has been declared, by our self imposed handlers, unconstitutional and is therefore out of the question. We need to ask ourselves if leaving the Geithners in office proves we do need "global oversite" as they want to submit us to. If the answer if yes, than lets just give up complaining about them in endless articles and join them. If the answer is no then it is time to fight America's "enemies domestic" and soundly defeat them.
  61. April 15, 2009 Tea Party - Here are some more people you could join. Next week there will be thousands of TEA parties (Taxed Enough Already) across the nation. In a relatively short period of time, we have seen an explosive increase in government spending and national debt. Previous generations avoided these unhealthy practices, being guided by wise political leaders who understood the blessings of frugality and the dangers of debt. For example, Alexander Hamilton -- America's first Secretary of the Treasury and also a signer of the Constitution -- wisely declared: Allow a government to decline paying its debts and you overthrow all public morality -- you unhinge all the principles that preserve the limits of free constitutions. Nothing can more affect national prosperity than a constant and systematic attention to extinguish the present debt and to avoid as much as possibly the incurring of any new debt. George Washington similarly warned: Avoid occasions of expense. . . and avoid likewise the accumulation of debt not only by shunning occasions of expense but by vigorous exertions to discharge the debts, not throwing upon posterity the burden which we ourselves ought to bear. Perhaps no Founding Father was as forthright on this topic as Thomas Jefferson: If the debt should be swelled to a formidable size, we shall be committed to the career of debt, corruption, and rottenness. . . . The discharge of the debt, therefore, is vital to the destinies of our government. The principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale. I. . . place economy among the first and most important of republican virtues, and public debt as the greatest of the dangers to be feared. Jefferson even wisely foresaw where America generally finds itself today: I am not among those who fear the people. . . . [A]nd to preserve their independence we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. We must make our election between economy [frugality] and liberty, or profusion [excess spending] and servitude. If we run into such debts as that we must be taxed in our meat and in our drink, in our necessaries and our comforts, in our labors and our amusements, for our callings and our creeds, our people must come to labor sixteen hours in twenty-four, give the earnings of fifteen of these hours to the government for their debts and daily expenses; and the sixteenth being insufficient to afford us bread. The [forerunner] of this is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its train wretchedness and oppression. Millions of citizens, following the example of America's early residents, have finally decided to [feign to] draw a line and raise their voice against the government's exorbitant spending and exploding debt. On April 15, citizens at more than 1,000 locations across the country will be sponsoring TEA parties.
  62. State Sovereignty - Although America does not deserve a second chance, there are still some good men out there trying to give their country just that. Perhaps you have seen the light and would like to join them. Act now. It will be your last chance to do so without violence or submission.
  63. July 4, 1776
  64. 232 Years - Another World Record - On July 4, 2008 the United States will celebrate another birthday. It will be a great day of fun, food and fireworks. Americans all over the country will celebrate and give credit for the country's longevity to america's founders, veterans, democrats, republicans, the US Supreme Court, the Constitution. But most of them will not give credit where credit is really due. In fact even the few who do give credit where it is due, will join the majority and continue to let America's Courts, executives, and legislatures attack the source of America's success, which is why like Belshazer of old (Daniel 5) their kingdom will not last much longer. How is it that we continue to elect politicians and refuse to remove judges that abuse us? Why do we feel we have to continually punish ourselves, when we should just be thankful, and tare out the evil? May 2008 has come and gone and not even one John Hancock or Samuel Adams showed up. What a pitty. Happy Birthday America: Mene Mene Tekel Parsin: God has numbered the days of the reign of "We the People" and brought it to an end. You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Your kingdom is divided and given to the Democrats and Republicans

Thomas Jefferson said, ※When the Legislative or Executive functionaries act unconstitutionally, they are responsible to the people in their elective capacity. The exemption of the judges from that is quite dangerous enough. I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them [the people] not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power." - If we read a little deeper into this, we find that the reason our executives, legislators and judges are unconstitutional is because, many, if not most, of our people are unconstitutional, including those who think themselves otherwise.

December 7, 2009: "Remember Pearl Harbor"
Pearl Harbor is happening all over again in Copenhagen. The ememy however isn't Japan. Its one of our own: the Coca-Cola Corporation. While we are barely getting by the multibillion dollar ubiquitious Coca-Cola Corporation is determined to see that we are bankrupted, presumable to appease a 'one world' coca-cola consuming market of which the United States is only a drop in the bucket.
******** It is time to boycott Coca-Cola - Big Time. ********
"... the Coca-Cola corporation is spearheading its own coalition of more than 100 companies "pushing a United Nations climate treaty to bind the U.S. to cap-and-trade emissions regulation, commit the world's wealthiest nations to a potential $10 trillion in foreign aid and, possibly, form a proposed international 'super-grid' for regulating and distributing electric power worldwide."

Federal Healthcare Legislation

"... And to secure its shady deals so that no one (and I mean no one) can avert its actions, Congress has inserted one of the most unconstitutional sections I've ever read in a piece of legislation: Section 3403 of Reid's amendment on Page 1,020 reads, "It shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection." ..." We were doomed before all this, but this legislation makes it obvious to everyone. Read More

What Constitution? We are above the law, and we know better, what's good for you.

"At least common thieves don't destroy an entire health care system and socialize the American economy when they commit their felonies. Too bad we can't say the same for our illustrious Democratic senators who sold out the nation. In exchange for criminally unconstitutional favors for their respective states, they voted to pass the Senate health care bill just 38 hours after it had been made available to the public for review." Payoffs for Votes - Bribes, paying off officials for favors, is what you used to hear about third world countries and it was shameful. Now in the US it is open, on a much grander scale, and no one even blushes.

Tyranny - Forced Medical Insurance

The tyranny throughout government at all levels is just too obvious now in the United States: "... Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.) told CNSNews.com that Congress has the authority to force individual Americans to buy health insurance because the U.S. Constitution ※charges Congress with the health and well-being of the people.§The words ※health§ and ※well-being§ do not appear anywhere in the Constitution. ..." Please, do your duty.

Lie to us, Deceive us, we love it.

※A loophole in the Senate health care bill would let insurance companies place annual dollar limits on medical care for people struggling with costly illnesses such as cancer.§And if you want to know just how hypocritical... how devious... how sleazy... Harry Reid and Barack Obama really are, read this from the Associated Press: ※Adding to the confusion, the language is tucked away in a clause of the bill labeled &No life-time or annual limits.*§

It is time for the Montana approach.

Federal "healthcare" is going to be illegitamately forced on all Americans. To protect its citizens, each state must use the resources under its command to prevent the federal government from enforcing its new unconstitutional law. Each state needs to draft legislation along the following lines:

H.B. 1 - State of Michigan Legislature

Whereas there is no power given to the Federal Government to legislate healthcare in the Constitution and;

Whereas the Federal Government has usurped the power of the states and the people by passing healthcare legislation;

The state of Michigan hereby gives authority to the executive branch of Michigan's state and local governments to stop any federal attempt to enforce its healthcare legislation on the citizens of Michigan, by whatever power they deem necessary, including but not limited to the use of law enforcement and the national guard.

Further, the state of Michigan hereby agrees to come to the aid and defend any Michigan citizen and his neighbors who must use his or their second amendment right to keep and bear arms against a federal attempt to enforce its healthcare legislation on said citizen, because the state or local government has not yet arrived to defend that citizen.

Enforce the Constitution

Forget about "enforcing the [unConstitutional] laws we already have", you hypocrites, enforce the Constitution and remove those laws. Vote no on "enemies domestic". Vote yes on "the right to keep and bear arms" and employ them in defending the Constitution, and the natural[God given] rights of United States citizens.

The longer good men sleep, the stronger the enemy gets.

P.S. Dear States, this is your last chance to redeem yourselves and prove you are not deserving of the same judgement as the federal government.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
...
As they were increased, so they sinned against me
therefore will I change their glory into shame.
Hosea 4:6-7

" ... So it is with the two major parties today. Neither one offers any significant idea or plan other than endless variations on a very tired theme, namely, that every conceivable human problem can be solved by the creative application of government. The only real disagreement between the elephant and the donkey is how much to spend and whether to spend it at home or overseas - a contest of programs and not of principles. ...

All of these issues are related to one grand principle, which our elected leaders from both parties now violate systematically: government ought to serve the best interests of its own citizenry.

It's a simple principle, but today's leadership -- Democrats and Republicans alike -- seem far more concerned with the best interests of:

  • Mexico and its dispossessed underclass,
  • with the sectarian problems in the Middle East,
  • with the well being of the shareholders of multinational corporations,
  • and with protecting the investments of the Wall Street financial elites.

Increasingly, Americans are wondering why our leadership is willing to spare no expense to police remote areas like the Korean DMZ and the entire country of Iraq, but is completely unwilling to deploy enough manpower to protect our own border with Mexico.

Others ask why a government willing to spend billions every year to prop up economies in Asia and Latin America is coldly indifferent to soaring gas prices and massive job losses at home.

And why is the sellout of American interests so pervasive across major party lines?

The root cause of such misplaced priorities is the loss of Constitutional government, coupled with cynical disregard for the principles enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and other founding documents like Washington's Farewell Address ... [, and the inability of the American people to hold their representatives and judges accountable.]"
